30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new PloyWP subscriptions. You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription
  • This is your first subscription with PloyWP
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • You have not engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior

What's Covered

The 30-day money-back guarantee covers:

  • Monthly and annual subscription fees for all plans
  • Setup fees (if applicable)
  • Platform access charges

What's Not Covered

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Third-party cloud provider charges (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
  • Domain registration fees
  • SSL certificate costs
  • Custom development or consulting services
  • Usage charges after the 30-day period

Subscription Cancellations

Monthly Subscriptions

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund will be provided for the current month (unless within the 30-day guarantee period)
  • You will not be charged for subsequent months
  • Your account will be downgraded to the free tier (if available) or suspended

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions canceled after the 30-day guarantee period:

  • No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the annual term
  • Your service will continue until the end of your current annual billing period
  • Auto-renewal will be disabled for the following year
